Terms and Conditions
WHERE WE SHIP TO
We ship items within the United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) and the surrounding UK Highlands and surrounding Islands. We do NOT ship internationally.
Your goods will be sent to the billing address unless you require a different delivery address from the billing address. We will require a legitimate verification from the card holder or have their agreement to make this purchase. Products will not be sent till payment received.
If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied.
Deliveries are booked on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should notify us of any special delivery requirements or conditions when placing your order.
Goods are delivered to the premises you specify and someone must be there to accept the goods to sign for them as proof that goods have been received. If someone else accepts delivery and signs our delivery note we will deem this to be acceptance from you.
The courier will leave a note at the delivery address if nobody is available to take the goods, and will usually redeliver on the next working day. If goods are sent back to us due to nobody being at the delivery address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional redelivery charge to bring goods on another agreed date or deduct postage costs if a refund is required.
You must not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Failure to comply with this will deem that you have accepted the goods and you will be unable to return or replace them because they are incorrect or different to what was ordered.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we will acknowledge your order and confirm the availability by e-mail as soon as possible. This e-mail is just to let you know that we have received your order and one of our representatives is currently processing it.
