By placing an order with us, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

 

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We ship items within the United Kingdom (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) and the surrounding UK Highlands and surrounding Islands. We do NOT ship internationally.

 

DELEVERIES

Your goods will be sent to the billing address unless you require a different delivery address from the billing address. We will require a legitimate verification from the card holder or have their agreement to make this purchase. Products will not be sent till payment received.

If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied.

Deliveries are booked on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should notify us of any special delivery requirements or conditions when placing your order.

Goods are delivered to the premises you specify and someone must be there to accept the goods to sign for them as proof that goods have been received. If someone else accepts delivery and signs our delivery note we will deem this to be acceptance from you.

The courier will leave a note at the delivery address if nobody is available to take the goods, and will usually redeliver on the next working day. If goods are sent back to us due to nobody being at the delivery address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional redelivery charge to bring goods on another agreed date or deduct postage costs if a refund is required.

You must not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Failure to comply with this will deem that you have accepted the goods and you will be unable to return or replace them because they are incorrect or different to what was ordered.

 

ORDER TIME

On acceptance of your order we will process the goods on the next working day (working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Orders can take up to 3-5 working days to go through. Weekend orders will always be despatched on the next working day (usually a Monday between 8am and 6pm delivery). We endeavour to for fill our obligations but sometimes we can have problem with your order which are beyond our control.

 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we will acknowledge your order and confirm the availability by e-mail as soon as possible. This e-mail is just to let you know that we have received your order and one of our representatives is currently processing it. Processing the order doesn't mean that we have legally accepted your order. Once items have been dispatched to you this will be the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract. Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product on this website.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit card payments which can be made securely on our online payment system. We are unable to take payments over the phone.

We endeavour to try and ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website, there will inevitably be rare occasions when we make a mistake. If we discover any errors with the price of goods before acceptance of your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and be given the option to resubmit your order at the correct price, select alternative products or cancel your order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right, to cancel your contract either before or up to seven working days after the goods are delivered, starting the day after the goods are delivered and are in an unused condition. This must be done in writing via e-mail returns@uk-mini-motos.co.uk .

Should you choose to cancel the contract, you must have taken reasonable care of the goods.

If you are returning the item upon agreement with us, please return the items in adequate packaging and please be sure to include the date of purchase, full name and the delivery address relating to the order. We do aim to process all returns within seven working days.

 

BEFORE YOU START

The products that we supply require some basic technical and mechanical knowledge to use and maintain.

You should not purchase our products unless you have a basic understanding of how to use and maintain these mechanical products. If you are in any doubt about this please e-mail or contact us by telephone to discuss the product you are enquiring about. We will be able to guide you as to the level of knowledge required to use and maintain the item you are considering purchasing.

Before attempting to start or ride, all products must be checked to the manufacturer’s instructions which are enclosed with each product.  All bikes sold require minor assembling and simple adjustments before being made before operating. Please read the manual carefully before use for further instructions or our fully comprehensive guide to getting started on our website which is available online and in a downloadable pdf format: ‘UK MINI MOTOS HOW TO GUIDE’. Please note that appropriate protective clothing and helmets should be worn at all times.

motorbikes, quad bikes, go karts and buggies can be dangerous and safety equipment i.e. helmets, shin and elbow pads should be used at all times.

Please note that we cannot accept any machines as a return if it has been used. Your machine has been used if you have administered fuel in the tank or tried to start the machine. We cannot accept the return of correctly supplied goods if the item(s) have been used or installed unless the item is faulty or we have shipped you the wrong order.

 

GENERAL

The majority of our products are in stock but orders are subject to availability and accordingly, we can only deliver your goods whilst stocks last. In some cases an order will be placed directly with the manufacturer and will be subject to their availability.

In the event of the unavailability of goods we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available, replace them with alternative goods or cancel your order.

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

The images of the products on this website have been taken from our current stock and are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.

Every effort has been made to display accurate colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that product will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on this website are approximate.
